Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for WebIntelliTech Solutions services and AI SEO Academy digital products.

Ongoing services (SEO, AEO, GEO, Ads, GMB, Content Marketing)

Monthly retainer services are billed in advance. Because work begins immediately upon payment, fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing, with no cancellation fee.

One-time projects (Web Development, App Development)

Project-based engagements are typically billed in milestones. Deposits paid to begin a project are non-refundable once work has started, since they cover time and resources already committed. Refunds for undelivered milestone work are considered on a case-by-case basis.

AI SEO Academy digital products

Because AI SEO Academy products (e-books and prompt packs) are delivered as instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

To request a refund review, email info@webintellitech.com with your order details. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
